Balurca Partners is a boutique cross-border advisory firm with offices in London and Lisbon. We were founded on a specific observation: international companies that want to build in Portugal and raise capital have no single advisor who understands both sides of that decision with equal depth.

We are intentionally focused by design. Senior-led engagements. No juniors running your process. No outsourced outreach. No applications submitted without eligibility being confirmed first.

We are building our published track record as mandates complete and clients clear publication consent. Current engagements include companies originating as spinoffs from Golden Triangle universities and companies with prior AIM market listings. These are referenced in anonymised form.

We do not fabricate track records. We do not apply for instruments that do not fit. And we do not position Portugal as the answer before we have understood your question.

Our legal and tax partners have specialist expertise in Portuguese corporate law, SIFIDE, and cross-border structuring. We are physically present in both London and Lisbon. We work in the same direction as Portugal's inward investment institutions — helping international companies build here, correctly and sustainably.
